Choose Your Pathway
Existing Plans
If you already have drawings, we undertake a detailed review and costing process.
An upfront investment fee applies to reflect the time, planning, and expertise involved in properly assessing the project and preparing detailed pricing. This fee is fully credited back against the final build contract should you proceed with us.
Design & Build
If you need support from concept through to construction, we guide you through a collaborative design and build process tailored to your site, budget, and vision.

Preliminary Design & Feasibility
We work through layouts, functionality, materials, sustainability considerations, and overall scope.

Preliminary Costing Review
Before finalising the design, we undertake an early costing review.
This is a critical stage that helps ensure the project aligns with your budget before moving into full documentation and approvals. Where required, we refine the scope or selections together.

Detailed Design & Documentation
Once the preliminary design and budget are aligned, detailed drawings and documentation are completed for approvals and construction.

Contracts & Approvals
We prepare your building agreement using standard HIA contracts and coordinate the required approvals and permits.

Construction
We manage the build with a focus on quality workmanship, communication, and attention to detail.
You’ll be kept informed throughout the process as the project progresses from site preparation through to completion.

Completion & Handover
Before handover, we undertake a detailed review of the completed works to ensure everything meets the expected standard.
