LG Builders has long had a passion for building homes that blend in with the landscape, that are functional, energy efficient and stand the test of time.  We have been watching with great interest the increased trend towards small homes which we believe brings together our passions while providing clients with an option to build homes more cost effectively.  With the rising cost of living small sustainable homes that blend in with the central victorian landscape are the future.  It is therefore with great excitement that we announce our collaboration with award winning Melbourne small home designer Small Change Design.  Our collaboration means that only LG Builders are registered to build Small Change Design homes in Central Victoria.   

Clients often come to us asking how to build more cost effectively while maintaining high build standards, energy efficiency and we point you in the direction of a small home.  It is key to remember that while there are many factors behind the increasing costs of building a new home, we pay for every square metre that we build, so one of the best ways to spend less is to build less.
